This is the fourth release of the Apache BookKeeper subproject of ZooKeeper. This release fixes a major performance bug in release 4.2.0. All users of BookKeeper 4.2.0 should upgrade immediately. The BookKeeper project is made up of a distributed logging service called BookKeeper and a distributed publish/subscribe system build on top of BookKeeper called Hedwig.
