OpenDAL is a data access layer that allows users to easily and efficiently retrieve data from various storage services in a unified way. The notable changes since last release include: 1. (core) Bring Streaming Read Back 2. (core) Support specify concurrent task executor 3. (java) Support streamline read/write by OperatorInputStream and OperatorOutputStream.
