Dear colleagues:
I hope all is well with you. I am writing to provide a reminder
concerning the upcoming LPVa state convention, which will take place at
the Richmond Marriott (500 E. Broad Street) in Richmond on Saturday, March
29.
Specifically, the deadline for registration to obtain the "early
bird" package prices is today (Monday, March 10). Thus, if you wish to
take advantage of the "early bird" discount, please send your registration
information to me as soon as possible. Please note that while you are
welcome to pay by credit card or money order, our preference is that
payment be made by check, payable to the Libertarian Party of Virginia.
If you are planning to purchase a convention package (especially a full
package), it would be helpful to me if you would let me know about this
via e-mail as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you are interested in sponsoring an
exhibitor table (or information table) at the convention, or if you wish
to purchase an advertisement to appear in the convention program. For
those who wish to purchase an ad in the convention program, please note
that we would like to receive the ad artwork from you no later than March
18.
As I mentioned in a previous announcement, if you have been
gathering petition signatures to place the Libertarian Party presidential
ticket on the ballot in November, please bring the signatures you have
gathered to the convention. Notaries at the convention who can notarize
the signatures you have gathered should be in attendance at the
convention.
