Dear Friends, As you may already be aware, the Libertarian Party of Virginia will be holding its 2012 convention at the Marriott Hotel in downtown Richmond on Saturday, February 25. If you wish to stay either night (or both), TODAY is your LAST opportunity to get the best deal on a room at the convention hotel.
The special convention rate for guest rooms -- $128.82 per night including tax -- ends today! Afterwards, there is no guarantee that guest rooms will be available at the convention rate. Call the reservations line at (800) 228-9290 or (804) 643-3400, and be sure to ask for the "Libertarian Party of Virginia" rate. Please note that there is a $8.00 parking fee for overnight guests who self-park, with one entry/exit; there is also valet parking available for $25. Call the Marriott today to reserve your room at the special LPVA rate of $128.82 (including tax) -- just remember to tell them you're with the Libertarian Party of Virginia. We will have an information page about the convention up on www.LPVA.com shortly; and of course a mailed packet is on its way to current members via the USPS -- but in the meantime, get those hotel reservations in!
