Map: http://goo.gl/maps/ujtdk (Just click the "Get Directions" button near the top left and plug in your address.) ****************************************** NOTARIES NEEDED ****************************************** The Sarvis campaign is seeking a notary in the Richmond area who is willing to notarize petitions for petition circulator Bob Lynch. Contact: William Redpath <[email protected]>. ****************************************** VOLUNTEER TO BOOK PETITIONING LOCATIONS ****************************************** The Sarvis campaign is looking for a volunteer who can seek out and book/schedule petitioning locations in each of the various congressional districts. Good petitioning spots for our paid petitioners can be found in downtown areas of cities and towns, certain stores (like Giant supermarkets in Winchester, Northern Virginia, and Fredericksburg), universities, colleges and community colleges. This activity would be of great help to our petitioners' productivity. Contact: William Redpath <[email protected]>. ****************************************** PETITIONING AT GIANT STORES ****************************************** If you wish to petition at Giant stores, go to those stores as reserve your petitioning time ASAP. I have a total of eight appointments at four different Giant stores, but I found those four stores in Loudoun County to be largely booked up on the weekends through April and May. The sooner you go to your Giant stores and reserve petitioning time, the better! If you want to locate a Giant supermarket near you, here is the link to the giantfood.com store locator. <http://www.giantfood.com/our_stores/locator/store_search.htm?linkid=H>http://www.giantfood.com/our_stores/locator/store_search.htm?linkid=H ****************************************** PHOTOGRAPHER NEEDED ON APRIL 21 ****************************************** It has been pointed out that the convention is an excellent opportunity to have a photographer present to take photos of all of our 2013 candidates (standing together, in action addressing crowds, etc.). if you are either a professional or an avid amateur photographer who is willing to donate your work to the campaigns, please contact Chuck Moulton <[email protected]>. ****************************************** DMV PERMISSION LETTER FORTHCOMING ****************************************** Last year we obtained a letter from the Division of Motor Vehicles headquarters, stating petitioners had the right to circulate petitions in front of DMV offices as a First Amendment activity. We have contacted the DMV to seek a 2013 version of this permission letter, and we will forward it to you as soon as we receive it.
