More details on Saturday, but we'll rev up the refreshments and chips probably about 7 pm; at the Quality Inn on Atlantic. Please note: Some of us are coming in Friday evening. If you're there first, grab a table for us! NOTE FOR ALL COMMITTEE CHAIRS: All committee heads should submit their quarterly report (or, "since the April meeting") to the SCC. This report should summarize your committee's activities, along with a general statement of the committee's recent expenses and remaining budget. Please send your report to <lpva-...@lpva.com> **TODAY**! Otherwise, your fellow leaders will not have ample opportunity to review it in advance. PLEASE -- NO VERBAL REPORTS! Submit your report in writing, and be prepared to answer your friends' questions during the meeting. NOTE FOR ALL CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT CHAIRS: Likewise, all district chairs should submit a brief report to the SCC summarizing operations in the District since the June SCC meeting. This should include your efforts to help with the congressional campaigns, attendance at local meetings and events within your district, and so on. As with the standing committee reports, please send your report to lpva-...@lpva.com TODAY. Reports need not be long. One or two paragraphs is fine.
