This year has been unlike any other, and last night the Libertarian Party received the most votes that it ever has in its 45 year history. Thank you for everything that you did to help make that happen. When we started collecting signatures for ballot access, we weren't sure where we'd be on November 9th. Still, we fought on. We put in the time at the farmers markets. We worked booths at community events and we knocked on doors. We held meetups and welcomed new members. We put out signs and distributed literature on election day. Yesterday, that hard work paid off. We broke records in both total votes and vote percentage. Our membership rolls are exploding. We're thankful for Juanita Billings and her Virginia for Johnson/Weld team. We're thankful for our local affiliate leaders and members. We're thankful for our volunteers who dug deep all year long. I hope that in the coming days you take time to relax and appreciate what we've accomplished together. There will be plenty of time to evaluate the finer details of this campaign and to identify what worked and what didn't. Take this time to focus on the ways that we've moved forward. We want to build on this momentum and hit the ground running in 2017. If you're not a member, please join. If you are a member, please give.
