Beste lezers, De eerste release kandidaat van LibreOffice 4.2.0 is beschikbaar. De aankomende LibreOffice versie 4.2.0 levert weer nieuwe functies en veel verbeteringen. De 4.2.0 RC1 is niet voor productie-doeleinden; gebruik daar versie 4.1.4 voor, maar om te testen. Downloaden kan hier http://nl.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/ Gebruik parallelle installatie om de versie te testen naast de andere LibreOffice https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Installing_in_parallel/nl Nog enige details over het melden van bugs, de mogelijkheden om het project te steunen, en dankbetuigingen staan in de Engelstalige aankondiging, onderaan dit bericht.
