Steve Coran just called me to let me know that the FCC has extended the deadline for filing the Form 477 until March 16th, 2009. I have posted a link to the .pdf <http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/DA-09-431A1.pdf> document that was released late today.
The 477 Form has been released and can be found at http://www.fcc.gov/formpage.html. I would like to think that our lobbying efforts with Comptel and others helped lead to this extension. Respectfully, Rick Harnish
