This rate will include free parking (normally $10/night, free Internet in rooms (Ethernet Jacks) and free Airport Shuttle service. The Exhibition Hall and Meeting Room space is tremendous and is approximately 6x the size we had at the Holiday Inn. I am going back to the hotel tonight and will sign the contract in the morning. They will be giving us a registration page and discount code as their normal room rates are $149. I will update everyone as soon as I have the discount code to register. I appreciate everyone’s patience as this has taken almost 4 days to complete. The Holiday Inn would prefer that you call in to cancel your reservations ASAP, so they can release the rooms to their staff to fill with new reservations. They promised to be very cooperative. Please make sure you ask for a cancellation confirmation number just in case.
