Comtrain <http://www.comtrainusa.com/> will be scheduling a Tower Climbing,
Safety & Rescue class in Orlando March 26-29, 2012 to coincide with our
ISPAmerica Conference. Please find attached the registration form to enroll.

The following is a description of Comtrain's classes and prices:

Our 2-day Basic "Authorized Climber/Rescuer" training is designed to include
the OSHA required training listed in CFR's 1910 and 1926 related to work at
a wireless communication site. Specific areas addressed include site hazard
assessment, mandated safety meetings, ANSI Z359 fall protection (PFAS and
fall restraint techniques), fixed ladder usage, PPE and OPE and emergency
contingency planning (including rescue techniques). The cost of our Basic
2-day Certification is $835.00. (WISPA Member Price is $795)

The Advanced training provides "Competent Tower Climber" certification,
which is now being required by some general contractors and meets all
current tower safety training standards. This 3rd day of higher level
training is an additional $495.00 for a total cost of $1330.00. (WISPA
Member Price is $1290) The Advanced class is designed for those who manage
other climbers and provides additional specialty 2nd person and self-rescue
techniques. Required with the registration for Advanced Certification is
the "Letter of Competency" which attests to the fact the student has a
minimum of 6 months climbing experience. I have attached an example of
this to the email.

The Instructor "Train The Trainer" class is designed to prepare in-house
instructors to incorporate the ComTrain "Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue"
course into their company's safety plan and policies while maintaining
industry standards. This 4th day Instructor course is an additional
$2,135.00. If not Comtrain certified in past 12 months under our 4th
Edition the student would need to complete all 3 courses, Basic, Advanced
and Instructor training for a cost of $3,465.00. (WISPA Member Price is
$3425)

Basic 2-Day Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue Training $ 835.00 (WISPA -
