Sure, it's definitely a question :). However, it's a bit of a "help me learn how to learn" question. It does help to learn Ansible first of course, http://docs.ansible.com are a great start and it pays to do your own homework.
It's always also a good idea to check http://galaxy.ansible.com, though in this case there isn't a Joomla role, if there was, it would be a great jumpstart.
