ansible-hostname is a role, and should be in the roles directory.

Assuming /home/stefaansm/trusty64/Ansible/ is where your playbooks are. 
Then ansible-hostname should be located at 
/home/stefaansm/trusty64/Ansible/roles/ansible-hostname
