Hi Praveen,
When a local RPM is passed, yum module tries to retrieve information about
name, version, release, and arch from the given RPM. It seems that logic in
the module fails to retrieve that for *oracle-database-xe-18c-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm.
*Can you please check if RPM is OK?
