"For your control node (the machine that runs Ansible), you can use nearly any UNIX-like machine with Python 3.8 or newer installed." I just checked on one of my RHEL7.9 machines and looking at that, you may have some issues. Looks like 3.6 is the latest available (from the RH repositories, you may be able to look at epel or maybe even the python website). Others may have a better idea than myself though.
