Ant has "official" scripting support through <script> and BSF and this won't change. The only question I remember that hasn't been decided on before in one way or the other was "Do we allow tasks to be defined by scripts". My personal opinion to this is: yes, why not. All it takes is adding another optinal task. I wouldn't want to make BSF or any specific scripting language a requirement for using Ant though. Stefan
