The patch I've submitted isn't a complete job.
It allows for only one manifest file to be submitted. In many cases, if more than one EJB is being developed, more than one manifest file should be scanned for (in the same way the descriptors are being scanned).
If I get around to it, I'll have a go at extending the patch to do a proper job, unless someone beats me to it.
