This is the second time in a fortnight that a sleep task has been posted,
both to deal with a similar deployment issue. Perhaps it is time one of them
got looked at and committed ?

(I'd vote for mine, due to the extended option set and unit tests that
actually measure elapsed time, but I do like the simplicity of Rob's, and
could live with it if millis got renamed milliseconds)
