Because running ant is not something done once for each installation. When I look at the manual to check some detail of the invocation on ant in normal usage, where am I likely to look? This has been my experience (as a new user of ant) already, when I was checking to see how to specify a different build file. In fact, I would like to see a `Running Ant' entry in the index frame.
