doc comments for optional.junit package

i've recently been learning how to use the classes in the 
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.junit package.

IMHO the doc comments for this package are a little sparse so i've been 
adding to them as i've been going along. would you like me to submit 
patches?
