There have been not a few changes to ant since 1.3 came out, both bug fixes and new tasks. We need to get these changes out into the field as it will eliminate all the 'fixed in CVS' responses to bug reports -at least for the current set of things that are fixed already.
Right now, just before a release I'd be happiest with adding bug fixes and keeping other changes to a minimum, simply because it gives everyone less time to stabililise the big changes. I have recently changed the two .NET tasks to work with .NET beta 2; the changes were pretty minor -for CSC I changed the default reference list, for ILASM I took out the discontinuted options.
