Well we are currently shipping Cocoon, xalan, xerces and ant with it. Sometime in the future we will set it up so that there is a seperate jakarta-avalon-tools.jar or maybe suck it down via CJAN. There was a few complaints about that recently so it will probably end up getting changed.
