SOAP Task

I'm working on a SOAP task for Ant. Something to be able to call methods on SOAP servers while the build file gets executed. My questions are:   * Am I reinventing the wheel? Has someone already started/done this? * Is there much general interest in a task that will do this?   I searched the archives and couldn't find anything about this, so I thought I'd ask here before I go much further.
