[PATCH] FileUtilsTest.java needs to test for NetWare volume names, and drive name, "C:"

I added in testing of support for NetWare volume names, exactly the same as 
with Windows drive names.  I also added  the special cases normalize("SYS:") 
and normalize("C:")   (normalize("C:\" existed before, but not "C:").
