This patch addresses some special concerns on NetWare with the things that runant.pl does. Namely, NetWare cannot handle command lines larger than 512 characters, but the java command will correctly expand the classpath environment variables to a larger size. Hence on NetWare, I pass in the main part of the classpath unexpanded.
