<junit> not finding resources unless fork="true" specified.

           Summary: <junit> not finding resources unless fork="true"
                    specified.
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I use the <junit> task with a nested <classpath> containing classes and
resources (property files and images).
In my test cases every call to:

Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader.getResourceAsStream()

or to:

ClassLoader.getSystemClassLoader().getResourceAsStream()

fails, unless fork="true" is specified.
