Also, since we can relocate this stuff with no worries at this point, how
about we move it to:
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.j2ee.ServerDeploy
and out of the "ejb" package. Or should it stay in the ejb package still?
I like to keep all names clean even if it means changing a bunch of stuff
around now.
