If so, could you paste in the errors you're seeing. Its an age-old FAQ about <war> and lowercase web-inf because WinZip shows it lowercase but it extracts uppercase. Could that be the problem? I'm marking as INVALID since we've seen this same issue brought up many times and its not a bug, just a viewer issue.
