It sure is. Current <ant> does so in a very simplistic way right now, it only checks whether you ask it to be called on the target it is defined in. This check needs to be adapted for <ant>s at the top level. Nothing difficult, I just haven't done it yet as it will fall out of the rest that needs to be done anyway.
