http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=837 antRun script contains ^M characters which causes <exec> to fail ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-09-04 11:07 ------- Sorry for this confusion, this is how you can reproduce this bug. test case: on the pc client. OS:win95 winzip 7.0 on the Server. Samba 2.2 download file from: http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-ant/release/v1.5/bin/jakarta-ant-1.5-bin.tar.gz with winzip: open the file and decompress in a temporal folder extract ant and antRun and copy to a unix machine to see the return caracters (i use samba) you can reproduce the problem using winzip if you decompress the .gz file and then you open the .tar that you just created. I am afraid that this is not a ant bug, but I did not realize that the problem is in the winzip code. I hope I did not caused too much trouble. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
