xdocs working?

I am getting failures when I try and run xdocs today.

    [xdocs] javadoc: In doclet class xdoclet.DocletTask$DocletMain,  method
start has thrown an exception java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
BUILD FAILED

java1.4, 2 CPU, WinXP gold, etc. Anyone else seen this (or run xdocs for a
while?)
