lcp.bat does not handle muliple jars correctly

OK, I have reverted the changes to once again use a blank separator. Sorry about
that. 

If you look at the CVS history of lcp.bat you will see that it has only ever
been intended to process a single argument. The use of the blank separator when
processing multiple arguments is deceptive. It looks like a bug but the script
knows that multiple arguments can only arise if the single argument contains
spaces. lcp.bat attempts to reconstruct these into the single argument. It's not
perfect - a path with two spaces will confuse it but it does work for the
majority of cases.
