You could try grabbing the xsl stylesheets from
src/main/org/apache/tools/ant/taskdefs/optional/junit/xsl
of the source distro.
BTW -- It seemed like the task did not like it if these
stylesheets were in a different directory other than build.xml,
even when using the styledir parameter. YMMV...
