tarfileset bug

Greetings,

I am having trouble using <tarfileset>, and the Archives indicate that there
is indeed a bug here. Furthermore, the Archives indicate that Peter Vogel
recently posted a patch. Yet, I've searched the Archives, yet cannot find
it. Could someone please post the patch. Or point me at it.
