string + replace

Hi

i have a file abc.txt with the string one inside and i want to replace
it...so i use

<replace file="abc.txt"
                 token="one"
                value="<mytag
attribut="http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/ejb-jar_1_1.dtd"/>" />

but....it doesn't work.

how to make that ?
