changing behaviour per OS type

I think it has become such a common help topic, that this subject (Changing
behaviour per OS type) be addressed in the FAQ with an example now.

I don't know how to do it though, so I can't contribute. Sorry.

Anyone agree?  Even better, contribute a nice example, one for Ant 1.3, and
another for Ant1.4.
