Two versions that rely on ${foo} expanding to ${foo} if foo is not
defined have been sent to this list one or two days ago - search for
the subject "Setting property depend of other properties" in the
archives.
If you happen to be using Ant 1.5alpha, you can use the new <isset>
condition.
