Speaking during talks with the visiting head of the Turkish armed forces Huseyin Kivrikoglu, Mr Abiyev accused Armenia of concentrating large numbers of weapons in the area. He said such weapons and the presence of an enormous number of refugees pose a threat of renewed fighting in the region.
