I think I overstated the point, Rick. However, I don't deem it
misleading to point out that some cultures promote ideologies, not
readily apparent in others. For instance, one would be hard-
pressed to find as many fascists and neo-nazis in Serbia as, for
example, in Croatia, Germany or Albania, or as many supporters of
imperialism in Zimbabwe as, for example, the US and Canada
