Today's NPR just ran
an interview with Wedgie of the New World Order in favor of junking the current
"guidelines" prohibiting the harassment and infiltration of USA religious
organizations by the FBI, despite the obvious First Amendment Protections that
they enjoy as such. Of course the FBI never paid all that much attention to
these so-called "guidelines" in the first place. See Swearingen, FBI Secrets
(South End Press), where the author, a retired and decorated FBI Agent, called
the FBI, an "American gestapo." Of course the Nazis had their law professor
apologists too. Ashcroft's junking of the self-styled "guidelines" (which
according to NPR Wedgie helped draft) will mean open hunting season by the FBI
on Mosques for sure. We are already seeing Ashcroft's gestapo go after Islamic
charitable organizations. I guess that as a Christian fundamentalist himself
Ashcroft will treat right-wing Christian religious organizations with kid
gloves. For example, the FBI did little about Derhshowitz's Nazi, Matt Hale, the
self-proclaimed pope of the neo-nazi "World Church of the Creator" and his
followers despite their public track record of violence against Jews, Blacks,
and Asians.Obviously, all are not to be treated equally in the
Wedgie/Ashcroft/Feddie New World Order originally proclaimed by Bush Sr and now
being further implemented by Bush Jr., both by means of their
Federalist Society Lawyers/hatchetpeople. Remember Judge Lawrence Walsh
comparing the Federalist Society to the KKK?
Several years ago i was able to convince the pretty-conservative Faculty here to
bar the FBI and the CIA from recruiting because they discriminated against our
Gay and Lesbian Students.(The Department of Injustice had rejected my
personal research assistant only because she was a Lesbian.) The bar was
overturned by our homophobic chancellor--who was later pushed out for other
reasons. The struggle goes on. On which side do you stand? And isn't time for
all law professors to start taking a public stand?
