The demonstration was called by the All-Athens Peace Council, Youth Action for Peace, Greek Committee of International Democratic Solidarity, Coordination of Trade Unions of Athens and the Federation of Women of Greece. In the demonstration also participated Palestinian students that study in Athens. The demonstration began in front of the Park of Freedom where various speeches were made and then the demonstrators marched to the Israeli Embassy passing by the US Embassy as well.
