Is urgently seeking to recruit the following post:
Programme Officer
(National post)
Job Purpose: To deliver Oxfam programme in Bosnia
according to the Regional Business Plan.
The successful candidate should have the following
skills:
Minimum two years experience of development work at
community level
Knowledge and experience on the non-governmental
sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Understanding and knowledge of livelihoods, gender and disability
issues.
Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
Report writing skills.
Financial management skills
Fluency spoken and written English and Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian.
Willingness to travel throughout the region.
Closing date for applications is 15 April 2002, 17.00
hours. Only short-listed candidates will be
informed about the interview date. The contract length
is 12 months, renewable, starting as soon as
possible.
