NEW YORK, April 25 (Xinhuanet) -- An
explosion occurred around
noon Thursday in lower Manhattan, New York,
with at least 21
people being injured, television reports
said.
The blast happened in the second floor of an 8-story
building
that houses the Apex Technical School.
The
injured have been sent to hospital. There have been no
reports of
deaths.
About 100 firefighters are working on the scene.
