HQ, CHINESE AMBASSADOR ATTENDS UNITED NATIONS, NEW YORK CITY, MARCH 19 (from RIA Novosti's Anna Bobina) - The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Russia, France and Germany are in conference at the UN headquarters. The Chinese Ambassador to the United Nations is attending. Li Zhaoxing, China's newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, was formerly expected to join the event. The ministers did not make whatever statements prior to the conference, which precedes a UN Security Council session, to which Hans Blix and Mohamed El-Baradei, respective UNMOVIC and IAEA heads, will report.
