Trend News Agency December 10, 2009 NATO-Azerbaijan Partnership Plan third stage envisages 170 actions K. Zarbaliyeva Azerbaijan, Baku: About 170 actions are planned within the third stage of the NATO-Azerbaijan Partnership Action Plan, Defense Ministry Press Service head Eldar Sabiroglu said at a briefing today. The second stage of the plan covers 2008-2009. Cooperation and mutual visits between Baku and Brussels are expected to be expanded from 2010. The experts said if Azerbaijan fulfills its obligations to NATO qualitatively, a favorable atmosphere for Azerbaijan's membership in the organization will be created. Sabiroglu said talks to launch the third stage will begin in March-April 2010.
