News Network International February 12, 2010 Sweden sending more troops -“These extra troops will enable them to attend funerals and to get some rest.” STOCKHOLM: Sweden will send 30 additional soldiers to Afghanistan next week, Swedish Armed Forces have said. The troops are from the country’s strategic reserve and will join Sweden’s FS18 force based near Mazar-e Sharif in northwestern Afghanistan, Sweden’s The Local reported, UPI reported.
