We are looking for several Tech-support specialists to fill our newly
created positions (ISP tech supp). 

- Must speak excellent English. 
- Must know computer networking: 
        - IP (Routing, NAT)
        - Understand tunneling and VPNs
        - How Dial-up and DSL works
- Must be able and willing to work in shifts and during week-ends. 
- Must be customer-oriented. 

Any CISCO/Linux networking exposure a bonus. Any customer-relations
experience a bonus.
