Summary: ns_perm question
Initial Comment:
I have a question about perms. I have understood that
there is an implicit Deny within perms. For instance
if there is nothing stated indicating you have access
to a specific link, then you are automatically
denied. How can this be implemented? Right now
instead of Denying you, it reasks for your username
and password. No matter what you put in, it gives a
page indicating an invalid username and password.
