Hello, I use aolserver3.2+ad13 and i'am testing aolserver3.4 just now. What is described below has been experienced with 3.2+ad13 and seems to happen also with 3.4. I fought this encoding problem for a while now. I converted my database to UTF-8. I specified character encoding in mimetypes and OutputCharset in nsd.tcl. So now, every looks fine in my database and on screen (html, adp, tcl). But there is still one problem. The garbage characters still appear in the server.log file. Maybe everything works reverse : good characters from database are converted to garbage by Aolserver, processed, then converted back to good characters when sent to the client or database. What do you think ?
