A: Go to the menu bar of the internet-explorer (internet window) and press on "Extra" - "Internetoptions". You will see some index cards. Please select the card at the right hand, named "advanced". Scroll down, after you reach the buttons "use SSL2", "use SSL3" and "use TLS1". Please make sure, that only "use SSL2" is marked. Click the "ok" button at the bottom and close the internet window.
